It has its own private entrance so you are free to come and go as you please with the added advantage of short stays available..... Jo and Mike are very happy for guests to book just a minimum of two nights, which is a real bonus for those prefering the freedom of self catering but with the flexibility of B&B. The accommodation consists of a cosy bed/sitting room with an impressive beamed ceiling. It features two single beds for use as a twin bedroom, or, both beds can be joined together to make a king size. It has a comfy sofa and chairs, small table and chairs, a colour flat screen TV and DVD. It has a contemporary galley style kitchen, with beamed ceiling and white and pine kitchen units. There is an electric fan oven with ceramic glass hob, a microwave, fridge and a wide range of kitchen utensils including teatowels. We also provide our guests with tea, coffee, sugar, homemade marmalade, free range eggs and other essentials to make your stay a little more special...... The apartment also has a power shower, washbasin and WC. All bedlinen is included and the beds are all made up ready for your arrival. Our visitors are very welcome to stroll through the gardens and orchard and down to our wildlife pond at the foot of the property. You are also very welcome to sit and relax on the sun terrace and perhaps while away a warm Cornish evening with a glass of wine. | ||

The cottage has three bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, utility room and large enclosed garden. There are wonderful views of the river from the conservatory lovingly known by guests as the 'dream room'.... The cottage, has a 120 foot frontage and is situated on one of the best fishing 'pools' on the River Camel, should you like to try your hand at a spot of fishing, Trevor would be more than happy to arrange your permit...or if you prefer to cycle the Camel Trail the cottage has four bikes at your disposal. | ||

A staircase leads up to a double bedroom beamed to the apex of the roof, with twin beds, and an ensuite bathroom with WC, hand basin and bath with shower attachment. Large windows light the bedroom and staircase. The cottage is a mile south of Caradon Hill on the edge of the moor, well placed for the walking, horseriding and water sports offered on the moor. The Cheesering and the Hurlers are a short distance away. The village of Pensilva, with a well-stocked is a mile to the north and the ancient town of Liskeard three miles to the south. Several pubs within easy reach offer good quality lunches and evening meals. The south coast beaches are 20 minutes drive, the north coast also a reasonable distance. | ||
